To process your request as efficiently as possible, please describe your issue in the comment field, including the following information depending on your situation:

  • Order not received: the date when the order was expected.​
  • Products damaged upon delivery: photos illustrating the observed damages.​
  • Products delivered by mistake: the products received in error as well as the missing products.
  • Missing products: the relevant references.
  • Incorrect quantities: the references concerned by a delivered quantity different (higher or lower) from the ordered quantity.
  • Delivery specifications not met: the observed anomalies.
  • Other: any relevant information.

Please provide as much information as possible so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

The general terms and conditions for accepting return requests are as follows:

  • The goods were delivered less than 30 calendar days ago.
  • The goods show no signs of use.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging.
  • The goods must be a standard product (they must not have been specially ordered for the project).

The return acceptance will be confirmed to you by email within 5 business days.

The refund will be processed within 10 business days following the physical receipt of the goods and the validation of their conformity.

Please provide as much information as possible so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Please take photos of the installation, the equipment concerned, the serial number, and the error message.

Do not disassemble the device before receiving instructions from the manufacturer for after-sales service.

Do not discard any parts before receiving confirmation that they can be disposed of.
